No same day services for websites. PLEASE NOTE: Orders will not begin processing until ALL information for order has been recieved. Turn around times starts from the day of received information! Please also note that turnaround times does not include revision times. Turnaround times apply to the day drafts are expected to be sent out to the customer. Any revisions that may need to be made can result in extended times.

Yes! We offer a detailed edit session with almost every service. We send an email with our customers drafts/samples. In that timeframe we go over any final changes needed to be made before finalizing and sending our customers their final files. Customer will be allowed up to 3-4 revisions. Any additional revisions will result in a $10 fee per additional revision. Revisions include color changes, font changes and/or orientation. We will not change the concept of the design.

No. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued.

Yes. After files have been finalized and exported to the client, they will have full ownership of the logo.
