Luxe Lab Branding is the sole ownership of the information collected on this site. We do not disclose any information with any other party. 

 

REFUND + CANCELLATION

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO SERVICES ARE REFUNDABLE. Services can not be exchanged. Once a payment has been made, the sale is therefore final. Upon submitting payment you agree to our policies as listed. Store credit may be issued in certain situations. Once a project has been started and a client chooses to cancel, no refund will be issued. If under any circumstance an order needs to be cancelled it must be done so within 24 hours of being placed. Customer should email luxelabbranding@gmail.com with the order number. The order will be cancelled and refunded. After 24 hours, refunds will not be issued.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours before receiving a response for an inquiry. 

COMMUNICATION

All communication is done via email or client portal. Conference calls can be scheduled at anytime here. Once an order is placed, all clients have up to 4 weeks to turn in their order information to begin their services. We will follow up on our end to best try to get in contact with the client. If a client does not respond within a 2 week period, the order will be canceled and payment will be forfeited. If for any reason the client will like to restart their services after the expired time period additional costs may apply. 

TURNAROUND TIMES

All drafts are to be sent out in 2-4 business days, 7-10 for business packages and larger orders, 14 for website design. Turnaround times DOES NOT INCLUDE revision times. Revisions and final projects are determined based upon the communication of the client. Turnaround times are subject to be extended due to personal emergencies, high order volumes and/or holidays.

*Please also allow 24-48 hours once an order is placed before turnaround times start as all clients will be required to set up their client portal log in and sign a design agreement before beginning the order

 

(Please note: Once an order has been completed and final files have been exported and sent no additional changes will be made. If there are changes or edits that need to be made once files are sent there will be a fee. Customer must email us. Fee's will be determined on the nature of the changes)
